This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM20 is a glitch move that has mostly null data, causing it to do nothing when it hits. Although this makes it seem useless, its true value is in its G/S/C equivalent move. Assuming that you have two Game Boys, a Pokémon Yellow Version, and a Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal Vesion; you could use the Q Glitch to give a normal Pokémon TM20, and then trade that Pokémon to G/S/C, turning TM20 into the rare move Pain Split. This method can be used to give any of the original 151 Pokémon the move Pain Split on G/S/C.
